Behind Chez Bagou
Behind Chez Bagou is the long-standing partnership between owner Aurelien Bagou and head chef Guillaume Sauvetre. Originally from France, both built their early careers in Michelin-starred kitchens across Provence, Monte Carlo and the French Alps, working alongside chefs including Alain Ducasse and Marc Veyrat.
Together they created Chez Bagou as more than a French restaurant, a warm neighbourhood dining room grounded in classic French cooking, consistency and genuine hospitality.
